WORKING PATTERN (JOB SHARE 18 HOURS/WEEK)
Are you passionate about making a real difference to people’s lives? We are looking for a Scheme Manager to provide a professional and responsive high quality supported living housing management service to tenants with mental health needs/learning disabilities.
As the Scheme Manager, you will provide a customer focused housing management service, which includes responsibilities for housing management, tenancy commencement, repairs and maintenance as well as health and safety monitoring. You will support our tenants to promote independent living and have the ability to work closely with on-site care providers to ensure a high standard of service delivery is maintained.
You must be able to travel between our supported living schemes in Tameside.
