We currently have 4 positions within our Contact Centre working 30/35 flexible hours per week between 8.00am & 6.00pm, Monday to Friday as and when therequired by the business. There are three 35 hours positions and one 30 hour position available.
These roles are fixed term for 12 months.

We are a lively CCA accredited contact centre with a passion for customer satisfaction. Our customer services officers are the first point of contact for the Group helping customers to resolve repairs, rents and rehousing issues. If you have experience of handling a high volume of calls and work well under pressure, you are the type of person we are looking for to join our vibrant team.
Within this role you will provide an effective and high quality service in our contact centre for customers telephoning the Group and administer repairs requests and housing applications.
