Our Independent Living Services Team is passionate about improving the quality of older people’s lives by providing an excellent standard of accommodation. We want people who care as much as we do about delivering an excellent service to our customers and in return you will be joining a innovative forward thinking team that encourages and supports success.
We are looking for a Sheltered Housing Co-ordinator, to provide an effective additional housing management service to residents living in a sheltered housing which supports older and vulnerable adults maintain their independence.
As a Co-ordinator you will provide a customer focused housing service which includes responsibilities for housing management, tenancy commencement, repairs and maintenance, as well as health and safety monitoring. As an important part of a team you will work across Tameside delivering services to our customers in a number of sheltered schemes.
Similar experience in working in a housing management role is essential as are excellent interpersonal skills.
