Hours: 35 flexible hours per week, Monday to Friday between the hours of 8.00am & 6.00pm as and when required by the business.

Our customer services officers are the first point of contact for the Group helping customers to resolve repairs, rents and rehousing issues. If you have experience of handling a high volume of calls and work well under pressure, you are the type of person we are looking for to join our vibrant team.
We are looking for people who are self-motivated and able to provide a high quality service to our customers. You must have experience of working in a customer service environment with excellent communication skills and an ability to work under pressure.
