Jigsaw Homes Group is one of the largest housing groups in England with more than 33,000 homes across the North West and East Midlands, employing over 1400 employees.  Our main social purpose is to provide quality homes as solid foundations for people to thrive for the rest of their lives.

With a passion for innovation and development, we are constantly looking for ways to grow and respond to the changing demands of our business and our residents. Our people are fundamental to helping us deliver our quality homes. To further expand our industry expertise and in line with our continued growth, we have an opportunity for a talented individual to join our Development Team at our head office in Leigh.

The role of Property Sales Coordinator is to manage the sale of the new build shared ownership homes across the group, whilst working collaboratively with solicitors, estate agents, developers and other relevant providers. You will need to have a good understanding of Shared Ownership and the sales process.

As part of the role you will process and approve applications for those wishing to purchase the affordable homes.  Once a home is reserved you would ensure the purchaser has a smooth sales process, and to do this you will need to have good problem solving and communication skills.

One aspect of the role will be to work collaboratively with our marketing team to organise the production of sales brochures and other sales materials, advertising and promotions.  As such you will need to have good organisational and IT skills and a familiarity with new build homes.

If you have the skills and experience we are looking for and would like to join our enthusiastic and motivated team, we would love to hear from you.

In return Jigsaw Homes Group offer 24 working days holiday per annum (rising with extended service and additional leave given for the Christmas closure), occupational sick pay, flexible working, on-site gyms, access to the Social Housing Pension Scheme, Simply Health membership, enhanced maternity/paternity leave and  training/development opportunities.
