Our Jigsaw Support Team are passionate about improving the quality of lives of our residents by providing an excellent standard of accommodation and support packages to help them move onto independent living.  We want people who care as much as we do about delivering an excellent service to our customers; in return you will be joining an innovative forward thinking team that encourages and supports success.

Oak Tree House in Lancaster is a 23 bed Supported Housing Project for single homeless people over 25 years old, prioritising rough sleepers and people with a history of offending. You will lead, manage and support the staff team in ensuring the delivery of a quality health, safety, security and housing management service for residents and staff and deliver a quality service that reflects Jigsaw Homes Group’s professional standards.
