Apprentice Administration – Planned Maintenance

9.00am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday - 35 hours per week.

Please note this position is Fixed Term for approximately 18 months.

Working as part of the Planned Maintenance team your responsibilities will include; sending letters and making appointments for Surveyors for appointments to achieve compliance KPI’s, filing and scanning adaptation servicing reports, raising inspections for Surveyors and any follow on repairs. You will process invoices for budget holder approval and answer telephone calls that come through to the department and deal with enquiries. You will process requests for minor Adaptations and have some experience of using Microsoft packages, Word and Excel.  Full training and support will be provided.
