9.00am – 5.00pm, Monday to Friday - 35 hours per week.

We are a lively CCA accredited contact centre with a passion for customer satisfaction. Our customer services officers are the first point of contact for the Group helping customers to resolve repairs, rents and rehousing issues. If you have a passion to gain experience of handling a high volume of calls, and learn to work well under pressure, then you are the type of person we are looking for to join our vibrant team.
Within this role you will expand your skills to enable you to provide excellent customer service to customers contacting the Group by telephone, email and face to face. You will undertake a range of administration tasks to ensure our customer’s needs are met.
