We are looking for an Independent Living Advisor to join our team who provide the Lifeline Service to customers within the Gedling Borough Area. This will include visiting customers in their homes to assess and install monitoring equipment which connects to a 24 hours a day Emergency Response Centre.
You will possess a passion for making a difference and have relevant housing or support experience as well as experience of working with older / vulnerable people. You must be able to provide advice and guidance regarding assistive technology equipment that is available to enable customers to maintain their independence within their home.
You must also be flexible and able to travel between locations.
All successful applicants will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check which must be maintained throughout the period of employment.
