We work with communities, families and individuals across the North West of England, with offices and properties based in Manchester, Tameside, Oldham, Stockport, Leigh, Wigan and Lancaster.

Our projects and services are as diverse as the people we support and range from homelessness and housing advice, domestic abuse support, employment services to agency managed properties and more and includes our award winning Housing First programmes.

We work with people to improve their independence and resilience through a person led approach, offering holistic advice, signposting, and dedicated workers to help people achieve positive change.

We enable people to explore and utilise their strengths to build their confidence.  We encourage people to develop their own sustainable network of support, whilst sharing their skills and experience to give something back. Working with women and children fleeing domestic abuse.

You will have ability to communicate effectively and build strong professional relationships. You will work holistically, through a guided conversation you will explore the person’s strengths and networks, and through working with them to develop a personal plan you will encourage them to utilise their strengths to create positive change. You will be able to work independently, and prioritise your own workload.

The above role is exempt under the Equality Act 2010 pursuant to Schedule 9, Part 1 and therefore we can only accept applications from women.

You are entitled to a total of 25 days annual leave per year in addition to 8 public holidays per year pro rata. Your annual leave entitlement will increase by one day per completed year after the first completed year on 1st April to a maximum of 30 days per year, pro rata. occupational sick pay, flexible working, on-site gyms, access to the Social Housing Pension Scheme, Simply Health membership, enhanced maternity/paternity leave, childcare vouchers and  training/development opportunities.
