Post: Senior Service Desk Analyst
Hours per week: 35
Fixed Term: 12 months
Salary: £19,125 to £26,409 per annum dependent on experience
We’re looking for an enthusiastic IT professional to join our Service Desk Team to assist Jigsaw’s over 1,000 users with their software, hardware and network queries.
You should be able to combine strong IT knowledge with the ability to engage with users of varying levels of IT awareness. You will be expected to work closely with colleagues on the Service Desk and the wider IT department, building their trust and confidence.
You will need to learn quickly and be committed to providing help and support to colleagues.
