The successful candidate will join a team of 4 other service desk analysts, as part of a wider IT department which provides extensive support to Jigsaw Homes Group.
The successful candidate will join our Service Desk Team to assist Jigsaw’s over 1,000 users with their IT queries and roll-out new software and hardware across the business.
Based at our Head office in Ashton-under-Lyne, you will provide 1st and 2nd line support to over 1000 Jigsaw employees helping them with various IT issues and requests for IT services. You will also be involved in roll-outs of new devices, new software and hardware.
You should be able to combine excellent customer service and administration skills with a good working knowledge of IT systems, networks, mobile technology and telephony. You will be expected to work closely with colleagues on the Service Desk and the wider IT department, building their trust and confidence.
You will need to learn quickly and be committed to providing help and support to colleagues whilst gaining new technical skills.
