Windleshaw House is a Retirement Living scheme for people over the age of 55. The successful candidate will ensure the safety and well-being of residents of this scheme by providing a quality service that reflects our professional standards. You will ensure the smooth day to day running of the scheme and liaise with all internal and external customers in a professional manner at all times. You will be responsible for carrying out health and safety inspections in accordance with the Group’s policies and procedures, ensure files and records are kept up to date and organise and conduct regular scheme meetings with residents.
