We are looking to fill a Casual role for a motivated, caring and committed individual who truly wants to make a difference to join our Jigsaw Support team based at our Wigan projects. The post holder should be able to pick up a range of ad-hoc shifts including nights, evenings and weekends.
Offering a very competitive salary of £10.45 per hour and you will receive 12.07% holiday pay based on the number of hours you have worked. This will be calculated on a quarterly basis based on the actual number of hours worked in the previous quarter.

You will provide a safe and secure environment for residents and staff and deliver a quality service that reflects Jigsaw Homes Group’s professional standards. You will need to ensure Health and Safety and security requirements are maintained and contribute to the smooth running of the Supported Housing service. As a casual worker you will need to ensure that targets and requirements set by Supporting People are met and maintained, participate in marketing the service, actively engender a safe and positive environment of equality and diversity at all times and encourage resident involvement and consultation to improve the service we deliver. Night worker duties include hourly checks, cleaning tasks, resident involvement activities and some support work. This role will cover both aspects of the support worker and supported housing project night worker. You may be required to cover either of these roles, dependant on the shift you are asked to work.
