We are looking for a Scheme Co-ordinator, to provide an effective additional housing management service to residents living in sheltered housing which supports older and vulnerable adults maintain their independence.
As a Co-ordinator you will provide a customer focused housing service which includes responsibilities for housing management, tenancy commencement, repairs and maintenance, as well as health and safety monitoring. As an important part of a team you will work across Tameside delivering services to our customers in a number of sheltered schemes.
Similar experience in working in a housing management role is essential as are excellent interpersonal skills.
