We are looking for a Scheme Coordinator to join our team to provide an effective additional housing management service to all residents living in a sheltered housing environment within the Gedling Borough Area.
You will possess a passion for making a difference and have relevant housing or support experience as well as experience of working with older / vulnerable people. You must be able to provide onsite management and supervision of sheltered housing schemes with regard to maintenance, health and safety and cleanliness.
You must also be flexible and able to travel between locations.
All successful applicants will be required to complete an enhanced DBS check which must be maintained throughout the period of employment.
