Jigsaw Support (part of Jigsaw Homes Group) brings together our support services from across the Jigsaw Group including: Motiv8, Inspire, homelessness and housing advice services, Housing First, complex families, domestic abuse support, employment support projects and agency managed properties.
This role is within Jigsaw Supports exciting new Supported Housing Partnership in Wigan/Leigh, called Springboard. Springboard offer short term housing and support for people at risk of/experiencing homelessness within the district. Your role as keyworker would be to manage a small caseload of residents, to coproduce structured support and risk management plans using an asset based approach to identify and utilise the many strengths that each of our residents possess. Our goal is to support the development of living and social skills required for independent living before identifying options and supporting our resident’s transition into long term move-on accommodation appropriate for their individual needs.
