Our department proudly provides the majority of the Group’s upper quartile, front line services and our experienced team are fundamental in helping us achieve this.
The Asset Management Team carry out responsive repairs and planned installations to its housing stock. We are looking to recruit a candidate who can to identify and repair faults, blockages on issues connected to the drainage /plumbing system within domestic properties. You will also be able to excavate and repair sewage systems and clear away debris. You will be responsible for ordering materials and the completing of repairs within specified timescales.
An excellent level of customer service is imperative whilst working to the highest standards of efficiency, safety and customer satisfaction.
