You will be directly employed by Threshold and will work in partnership with five other Alliance partners to deliver The Prevention Alliance (TPA) service for vulnerable people within Stockport. This role is about creating opportunities for people to improve their health and wellbeing by connecting with others. You will help to reduce isolation and support customers to increase knowledge of local assets and support in their community. The role focuses on developing strong relationships with partners in the community, spotting opportunities and kick-starting projects and groups, promoting collaborative community based solutions for customers.
