Our projects and services are as diverse as the people we support and range from homelessness and housing advice, domestic abuse support, employment services to agency managed properties and more and includes our award winning Housing First programmes.

A Jigsaw Support Pathway Night Worker works as part of a team providing housing related support, motivation, information and advice to customers.

The role works side by side with Customer Support Workers and partnership colleagues to ensure that high quality, inspirational and motivational housing and support services are provided.

Night Workers lone work taking the lead implementing night security systems, ensuring overall safety and security of the service, offering support, dealing with crisis situations, managing conflict resolution and ensuring effective exchanges of information with all team members.

This position will require the successful candidate to work on a rota basis. This will require you to work hours that include evenings, weekends and bank holidays.
