We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Building Safety Surveyor to join our Building & Fire Safety team. The successful candidate will work with the Group Building Safety Manager and Fire Safety colleagues with specific responsibilities for carrying out building safety inspections, surveys and audits of all buildings in scope. With a sound technical background and excellent customer service skills you will be able to evolve and develop further and assist in delivering our building safety programme. You will have a logical approach to building safety and be able to demonstrate current knowledge of all relevant legislation and Health & Safety regulations including RRO 2005, CDM 2015 and Asbestos along with the future Fire Safety & Building Safety bills.
