To be part of the busy but rewarding Finance & Business Support Team which includes the Stores, Transport and Procurement part of the organisation. Working along- side the Stores Buyer and responsible to the Stores & Purchasing Manager and in turn the Business & Procurement Manager.
You will be responsible for procuring and managing the transport for Jigsaw Homes Group and to develop and implement a transport & waste management strategy that ensures value for money and efficiency for Jigsaw Homes Group. You will act as lead contact for the regionally based teams on contractual issues relating to insurance, repairs, servicing and tracking. You will produce and evaluate tenders, negotiate transport & waste contracts and make recommendations to the Asset Management Directors on the best procurement options in the interests of Jigsaw Homes Group.
