We are seeking an experienced Building Surveyor to join our Planned Maintenance team in the West. The successful candidate will work with the Planned Programme Manager with specific responsibilities for carrying out building inspections and surveys of both tenanted and void properties. With a sound technical background you will be able to diagnose typical building defects, carry out stock condition surveys and monitor works carried out by both our in-house DLO and contractors. You will have excellent customer service skills and be able to demonstrate current knowledge of all relevant legislation and Health & Safety regulations including; CDM 2015 and Asbestos.
