To work in partnership with organisations to provide early intervention and prevention. To manage a team which supports victims of domestic abuse and substance misuse issues and promotes a recovery focussed whole family approach model. To have an awareness of Safeguarding at all times and comply with policies and procedures relating to Safeguarding.
Working pattern: 35 flexible hours per week between 7am & 7pm, Monday to Friday Or 35 compressed hours per week between 7am & 7pm, over 4 days with the option to work at home up to 50% of the week on completion of probationary period)
**This role is Fixed Term until 1st April 2024**
