Motiv8 supports people aged over 25 across Greater Manchester who need support to get their lives back on track - whether they are experiencing issues with health, alcohol, drugs, domestic violence, debt, homelessness or other challenges. The programme supports those who are under-represented in the labour market.
We are looking to recruit: 3 X FTE Employability Keyworker - £24,052
Working within the Motiv8 programme Employability team, the Employability Keyworker delivers one to one and group support and guidance to a wide range of Motiv8 particpants with complex needs, actively developing strategies and goals to maintain participant engagement and increase opportunities to move into training, supporting with active job search, volunteering and gaining practical skills and moving into employment. Monitoring participant progress and promoting progression through the development of action plans and goals whilst striving for continuous improvement through evaluation and reflection.
You will have an empathetic approach and empower Motiv8 particpants to build careers and reach their potential. You will build and nurture relationships with employers in Greater Manchester to enable pathways for Motiv8 participants to gain employment and develop the skills and experience employers seek.
Fixed term until 31st March 2023
