We’re looking for an enthusiastic IT professional to join our multi-channel IT Service Desk Team to help us provide 1st and 2nd Line IT support to assist Jigsaw’s 1,500 colleagues across multiple sites.
You should be able to combine strong IT knowledge with the ability to engage with users of varying levels of IT awareness. You will be expected to work closely with colleagues on the IT Service Desk and the wider IT department, building their trust and confidence.
We are looking for someone who can take ownership and responsibility for resolving all hardware and software related issues, ensuring all calls are answered, logged and completed to SLA.
You should have a broad range of IT experience, particularly in the areas of software/hardware & networks. You must be committed to continually updating your technical knowledge.
You will need to learn quickly and be committed to providing help and support to colleagues.
