The successful candidate will manage rent arrears and court costs for a designated patch/set of accounts. In accordance with the Group’s Income Policy take timely action in cases of rent arrears, and where necessary take County Court action, to maximise rental income to the Group

18 Hours per week, job share - to work Wednesday pm / All day Thursday and Fridays
