    Housing First Engagement Worker
    You will work as part of a team providing intensive support to women offenders with complex needs using the Housing First Model.  The service secures dispersed permanent accommodation for people whom housing first would be suitable for.  The role involves supporting customers to recover from trauma and begin to rebuild their lives whilst giving them a permanent home.   The aim of the service is sustainability.   You will need to value people as people, be personally resilient and offer a persistent approach when working with this customer group in the community.
