Customer Services Coordinator
The Customer Services Coordinator will lead a team across Oldham services which provide our customers with first class customer service. The team deal with unplanned support in a skilled manner by acting as the first point of contact for customers living in supported housing.
You will be responsible for the planning, delivery and quality of our ‘front of house’ “my time programme” cross the generic and women’s service in Oldham. You will be accountable for the line management of the front line staff assigned to the service.
The role involves planning and coordinating service delivery, and working within your team to ensure that clearly defined outcomes are delivered and that appropriate staffing levels are maintained. Working collaboratively with the Service Manager, and other central support staff within Threshold, you will deliver the contracted performance requirements, providing data and statistical returns as required.
