About the department:

We have an established and dedicated team of 600 employees within our Asset Management department.

Our team prides itself on investing in our own people to deliver first class property-based services across the Group, covering a broad range of disciplines from reactive, planned and grounds maintenance to property refurbishments, estate services, building safety and compliance.

Role Information:

Please note this role is Part Time, Fixed Term for 6 months. Working 18 hours per week over 3-5 days (hours to meet the needs of the business)

Working as part of the Asset Management Team you will carry out general office administration duties and support to the Maintenance team. Duties include liaising with our tenants and technicians, supporting the planning team leader for administration duties, updating systems and databases, monitoring of various outlook mail inboxes and calendar diaries, and supporting our suppliers to provide an effective and efficient service.
