With more than 200 staff from offices in Ashton under Lyne, Leigh and in our supported accommodation projects across the North West, we support over 7,000 people annually through the contracts we manage.
This position is within our Motiv8 Programme which is a partnership of 5 housing providers Jigsaw Homes Group, Stockport Homes, Wythenshawe Community Housing Group, ForHousing and Bolton at Home.
Motiv8 supports Greater Manchester residents aged 25 and over with multiple complex needs to move closer to the labour market through a Key Worker model.
You will be employed to work solely on the Motiv8 Project. This post is funded by the European Union through the European Social Fund (2014- 2020) and The National Lottery Community Fund.

As one of our dedicated and skilled Attachment Workers, you will contribute to the conversion of referrals into programme “starts”, ensuring programme targets are achieved, mobilising participants through the eligibility and “start” process in line with the stringent timescales and programme guidance set out by our funders.
You will deliver a robust proactive and solution focused approach to engaging the hardest to reach participants at the point of referral.
You’ll work towards programme targets, increasing participant conversion rates from referral to programme start and supporting participants to gain relevant eligibility evidence in line with stringent timescales, and working within the ESF and Building Better Opportunities programme framework.

You can choose to work 35 hours per week between the hours of 7am and 7pm, Monday to Friday OR 35 compressed hours per week, between 7am and 7pm, over 4 days – with 50% of your time working from home upon completion of a satisfactory probation period.
