We are looking for enthusiastic people to join our Customer Assistant team within our contracted homeless accommodation service.
You will have experience working with vulnerable clients in a front line customer environment and you will have great communication and interpersonal skills.
You will have the ability to respond sensitively to individuals’ needs and be tactful but assertive depending on the circumstances.
As a Customer Assistant you will be responsible for processing referrals, liaising with external agencies and completing housing and building management related functions. This will include tenancy management, void processing, health and safety checks, maintaining records, producing reports and updating databases.
Knowledge of housing and welfare benefits legislation would be desirable.
