About the department:

The entire finance department has c100 employees, responsible for all financial functions across the Group. Within this role you will work within a small Team, within the Treasury and Development specialism of which there are currently 8 team members, with specific responsibility for the Assistant Development Accountant.

Role information:

We are looking for aspiring candidate to join our team, to take the primary lead on tracking development costs, the impact of development cash flows, and to ensure that the Treasury team are provided with sufficient cash flow projections to enable liquidity to be maintained within the group. The role will also assist with confirming all new developments completed are able to be used as security against current and future funding requirements.

Working 35 flexible hours per week between 7am & 7pm, Monday to Friday or 35 compressed hours per week between 7am & 7pm, over 4 days with the option to work from home up to 50% of the week on completion of a satisfactory probationary period.
