Role Information:

As an Early Intervention Officer, you will ensure that new tenants enter their tenancy in full knowledge of their rental obligations and that they in the strongest position to ensure that they are able to sustain their tenancy. Where a tenant first enters rent arrears, you will ensure swift action is taken to address the issue.
