This position is within our Motiv8 Programme which is a partnership of five housing providers: Jigsaw Homes Group, Stockport Homes, Wythenshawe Community Housing Group, ForHousing and Bolton at Home.
Motiv8 supports Greater Manchester residents aged 25 and over with multiple complex needs to move closer to the labour market through a Key Worker model.
You will be employed to work solely on the Motiv8 Project. This post is funded by the European Union through the European Social Fund (2014- 2020) and The National Lottery Community Fund.
As one of our dedicated and skilled Employability keyworkers you will engage and support a wide range of individuals with varying needs, encouraging participants to overcome barriers to improve life chances and move closer to the employment market.
You will connect with people in face to face home or community visits, telephone, email and video calls to identify support, and engaging them with a range of resources and employers and encourage them on their journey to achieving their goals to move into employment, training and job search.

You will work within a team of 8 employability keyworkers working across Greater Manchester.
We welcome applications from people who have experience in delivering support to people with complex needs and those who may not have worked in this role before but have transferrable skills and the passion for helping others. If you have experience working in a fast-paced environment, are confident in working with people face to face, and have a caring and compassionate nature you are also welcome to apply.
