Role Information:

Are you an enthusiastic and adaptable individual with the ability to collaborate with external agencies to provide our residents with a safe and happy living environment? Are you interested in working with a variety of people within the Supported housing sector to develop new ways of working to improve services for our most vulnerable residents? The Property Manager – Specialised Housing will visit services and meet with a variety of organisations and customers to monitor our contracts and services ensuring excellent property condition and customer satisfaction, if this is you we’d love the hear from you.

You will be a natural at collaboration & team working, innovative, always looking for ways to improve, customer focused and able to take personal responsibility for your own achievements.

You will have graduated in any subject with a minimum of a 2:2 degree. We offer a two year fixed term contract initially, Year 1 salary £22K, Year 2 salary £23K, but many of our employees who were employed in our graduate roles gain permanent roles within Jigsaw Homes Group.
