About the department:
We have an established and dedicated team of 600 employees within our Asset Management department.
Our team prides itself on investing in our own people to deliver first class property based services across the Group, covering a broad range of disciplines from planned and grounds maintenance to property refurbishments, estate services and building safety.
You will be welcomed in to a committed and passionate team, with a key focus on professionalism and working together.
The safety of our residents living in our buildings is our number one priority so we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Building Safety Manager to lead our building and fire safety teams across the Group.
As someone with strong leadership skills you will be responsible for the team’s day-to-day management of our buildings to ensure they meet safety standards.
With a sound technical background you will be able to evolve, develop and deliver our building safety programme using your knowledge of all relevant legislations and Health and Safety regulations.
Your excellent customer service skills will be key in helping communicate work that has taken place on and in our buildings with our residents, so they have a complete picture of the safety of where they live.
In return Jigsaw Homes offers:
Salary of circa £60,000 per annum
