About the Department:

Role Information:
We have a new and exciting opportunity for a Support Co-ordinator to join the ITSM team. We are looking for an individual to take ownership of the ITSM teams support service and bring their own ideas to help shape the role and make a real difference to the team.
As the first line of contact for the ITSM team, the successful candidate will be responsible for triaging and resolving incoming tickets and will also work closely with the ITSM team to provide an excellent support service for the projects, products and services they manage – for example NEC, DRS, Netcall and other business and tenant facing systems.
We are looking for a candidate who can identify areas for improvement and automation for the tickets we receive, as well as identifying repeat issues and training opportunities for the new Training Manager to pick up.
