Keyworker - Accommodation based Service for Care Leavers and Young People aged 17-25

About the department:

Jigsaw Support brings together our support services from across the Jigsaw Group. Our projects and services are as diverse as the needs of the people we support and range from homelessness and housing advice, domestic abuse support, employment services to agency managed properties and much more.

Role Information:

**Please note this role is Fixed Term until 31st October 2022**

You will work alongside a small team of keyworkers providing housing related support to help care leavers and other young people live independent and happy lives, within an accommodation based setting (dispersed accommodation and floating support.)

 You will work to help young people address any barriers they may have so they can move on to permanent tenancies and help equip them to live independently.

 You will work in partnership with other organisations such as Tameside Council, its homelessness services provider, the Leaving Care team, Social Care, and others, to help provide positive outcomes for people in all aspects of their life, from health, education and relationships to emotional wellbeing, housing and community integration.
