About the department:

Leasehold and Service Charge Team is a committed and hardworking team of 12 highly specialised professionals working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment. We manage the leasehold, shared-ownership and commercial properties across the Group. We also act as managing agents for properties owned by third parties. We set and monitor both fixed and variable service charges for leasehold, shared ownership, managed and general needs rented properties.

Role Information:

As a Leasehold and Service Charge Officer you will be responsible for leasehold services to a number of schemes and for service charges to a group of rented properties.  You will set service cost budgets and resolve any queries relating to service charges from tenants and leaseholders.  You will also monitor contractor performance and carry out Section 20 consultations where required.  You will be responsible for managing the re-sales process and resolving lease-related queries.
