About the department:
We have an established and dedicated team of 600 employees within our Asset Management department.
Our team prides itself on investing in our own people to deliver first class property based services across the Group, covering a broad range of disciplines from planned maintenance and grounds maintenance to property refurbishments, estate services and building safety.
You will be welcomed in to a committed and passionate team, with a key focus on professionalism and working together.
As Project Manager with a specific focus on fire safety work, you will develop and manage programmes of improvement works to our extensive property portfolio, including re roofing, decoration and external works packages.
The safety of our homes and our residents is our number one priority, so you will have experience in the Fire Risk Assessment process and work that has been recommended following Fire Risk Assessments.
With a sound technical background you will work with internal stakeholders to produce tender documents and the work required, which will be delivered by either our skilled in-house trade technicians or approved contractors.
You will have excellent customer service skills and be able to give clear advice and explanation of work that is needed, or being carried out, to our residents.
You will demonstrate current knowledge of all relevant legislation, Health & Safety regulations and ideally have some experience in Fire Compartmentation work.
