About the department:

We have an established and dedicated team of 600 employees within our Asset Management department.

Our team prides itself on investing in our own people to deliver first class property based services across the Group, covering a broad range of disciplines from planned maintenance and grounds maintenance to property refurbishments, estate services and building safety.

You will be welcomed in to a committed and passionate team, with a key focus on professionalism and working together.

Role Information:

As Project Manager with a specific focus on sustainability, you will develop and manage improvement programmes across our extensive property portfolio, including re roofing, decoration and external works packages.

Sustainability is a key focus in making our homes more energy efficient and helping our residents save on their fuel bills, so you will have experience in managing work around renewable and efficiency work including internal and external insulation, heat pumps and solar photovoltaics (PV).

With a sound technical background you will work with internal stakeholders to produce tender documents and the work required, which will be delivered by either our skilled in-house trade technicians or approved contractors.

You will have excellent customer service skills and be able to give clear advice and explanation of work that is needed, or being carried out, to our residents.

You will demonstrate current knowledge of all relevant legislation, Health & Safety regulations and ideally Energy Performance Certification.
