With more than 200 staff from offices in Ashton under Lyne, Leigh and in our supported accommodation projects across the North West, we support over 7,000 people annually through the contracts we manage.
This position is within our Tenancy Sustainment service, offering holistic support to people and enable them to sustain their tenancy, delivering short term support to assist with the managing of the tenancy. The service works in a supportive and preventative approach to reduce the risks of further tenancy related issues.
Role Information:
As a Property Assistant for Jigsaw Support, you will provide an effective and comprehensive customer focused property service which ensures all our properties are safe, secure and compliant. This is done through team work and strong partnership working.
You will need to be passionate about helping others, be able to work in a structured way to meet the needs of the services we work alongside. You will need to have a close eye for detail and a determined approach to ensure we improve the lives and opportunities of the people that we support.
You will comply with the Group’s policies and procedures and deliver and effective and compliant service. This will include carrying out routine health and safety inspections and audits, routinely ensuring our fire prevention systems work, facilitating repairs and void properties.
