With more than 200 staff from offices in Ashton under Lyne, Leigh and in our supported accommodation projects across the North West, we support over 7,000 people annually through the contracts we manage.
This position is within our Tenancy Sustainment service, offering holistic support to people and enable them to sustain their tenancy, delivering short term support to assist with the managing of the tenancy. The service works in a supportive and preventative approach to reduce the risks of further tenancy related issues.
As a Tenancy Sustainment Worker for Jigsaw Support, you will provide an effective customer focused tenancy support service through strong partnership working a delivering a range of pro-active solutions. You will need to be passionate about helping others, be able to work in an innovative and creative style, and want to improve the lives and opportunities of the people that we support.
You will comply with the Group’s policies and procedures and deliver and effective and efficient support service to Jigsaw Support clients. You will also engage with a wide range of vulnerable individuals with complex needs, supporting them to overcome barriers and challenges to help them sustain their tenancy.

This vacancy is for 2 x fixed term roles for 12 months.
This role is based at our office at Ashton-Under-Lyne but will require travelling to some of our Supported accommodation projects across the North West.
