About the department:
As one of our established and dedicated maintenance operatives within our team of 600, you will be part of an Asset Management department that prides itself on investing in our own people to deliver a first-class property based service across the Group.
We cover a broad range of disciplines from reactive, planned and grounds maintenance to property refurbishments, estate services, building safety and compliance.
You will be welcomed in to a committed and passionate team, with a key focus on professionalism and working together to provide an excellent customer experience and building trust with our residents when working in their homes and neighbourhoods.
Role Information:
Your ability to get things done quickly and efficiently will help us create clean, safe and attractive communities; ones where our customers can call home.
You will take pride in your work to carry out a programme of cleaning and grounds maintenance - both inside buildings and outside of our residents’ homes, across the North West but primarily in the Manchester area.
You will also be able to liaise well with colleagues and customers alike, to help us keep up effective, positive relationships with our residents, contractors and other partners.
With a good standard of general education and experience in cleaning, grounds maintenance and handyperson duties in some larger properties, you must be able to demonstrate you are able to undertake the physical aspects of the job.
This role requires you to have a full, valid UK driving license (points / convictions must be disclosed), access to a vehicle and insurance for business use prior to commencing this role.
There may be a requirement to be part of a rota working a small number of weekends per year attending select sites
