Meet the Recruitment team

I started my career with Jigsaw Homes in January 2015 as an Administrator and have been part of the Recruitment process since day one. Since then I have been promoted to Senior People Coordinator and now oversee all Recruitment for the business, specifically dealing with higher level recruitment, Apprenticeships & Graduates and dealing with any queries from candidates.

I joined the People Team in September 2019 and have been involved with Recruitment ever since. I process all day to day recruitment adverts and help arrange shortlisting for managers and interviews for candidates when required and assisting with any queries from candidates.

I started with People Team in January 2020 as an Apprentice and having passed my qualification I am now an Assistant for the People Team and Recruitment. My main role is processing shortlisting and arranging interviews for candidates and I also assist with the day to day recruitment adverts when needed, and helping with any queries from candidates.
