About the department:

We have an established and dedicated team of 600 employees within our Asset Management department.

Our team prides itself on investing in our own people to deliver first class property based services across the Group, covering a broad range of disciplines from reactive, planned and grounds maintenance to property refurbishments, estate services, building safety and compliance.

Role Information

This role requires you to have a full, valid UK driving license (points/convictions must be disclosed)

Your skilled work in this role will be vital in keeping our residents and our homes safe. You will carry out a wide range of domestic electrical tasks from responsive repairs, first and second fix installations and periodic testing efficiently and quickly to maximise the performance of our essential, front-line service.

This role requires a fully qualified Electrician with relevant experience and qualifications. You will ideally have IEE 18th Edition or equivalent and NVQ Level 3, Part 1 & Part 2 in electrical installation or equivalent.

It is essential that you have the relevant, up to date qualifications needed to carry out the role and that are you able to provide proof of these at interview stage.
