Role Information:

As one of our dedicated and skilled Employability Keyworkers you will engage and support a wide range of individuals with varying needs, encouraging participants to overcome barriers to improve life chances and move closer to the employment market.

You will connect with people in face-to-face home or community visits, telephone, email and video calls to identify support, and engaging them with a range of resources and employers and encourage them on their journey to achieving their goals to move into employment, training and job search.
