About the department:

We have an established and dedicated team of 600 employees within our Asset Management department.

Our team prides itself on investing in our own people to deliver first class property based services across the Group, covering a broad range of disciplines from reactive, planned and grounds maintenance to property refurbishments, estate services, building safety and compliance.

Role Information

Please note, this role will be based in Chorley and the surrounding areas.

The Asset Management Team carry out responsive repairs and planned installations to its housing stock.

Your skilled work in this role will be to inspect roofs and to determine the best procedures for repairing and maintaining them.

You will be responsible for ordering materials and completing repairs within specified timescales.

An excellent level of customer service is imperative, while working to the highest standards of efficiency, safety and customer satisfaction.
