About the department:
We have an established and dedicated team of 600 employees within our Asset Management department.
Our team prides itself on investing in our own people to deliver first class property based services across the Group, covering a broad range of disciplines from reactive, planned and grounds maintenance to property refurbishments, estate services, building safety and compliance.

Role Information:
We have an exciting position for a suitably experienced Stock Condition Surveyor. In this role you’ll support the collation of stock condition information and long-term asset management planning, as well as assist in the preparation, delivery and monitoring of our five-year rolling programme of stock condition surveys.
With a sound technical background, you will carry out condition surveys of roofs, kitchens, bathrooms, doors, windows, and other elements to ensure our homes meet the Decent Homes Standard (DHS) and Housing Health and Safety Rating System (HHSRS) requirements.
You will have excellent customer service skills and be able to analyse and validate stock condition data. Trained or working towards becoming a Domestic Energy Assessor you will also assess the energy performance of our homes and produce Energy Performance Certificates (EPC).
You will demonstrate current knowledge of all relevant legislation and Health & Safety regulations including Awaab’s Law, CDM 2015 and Asbestos.
The salary is circa £41,000 per annum subject to experience.
